I started managing people during my role as Assistant Management Accountant. At the moment I am managing the Financial Analyst and lead the team in absence of our Head of Finance.

I am taking full ownership of the financial activity in the key financial statements through analysis and accurate forecasting. The following tasks are my main responsibilities which I have been taking on since May 2020:
- Consolidate monthly internal Profit and Loss across Wavemaker Global units
- Revenue management and cost analysis
- Detailed commentary and variance analysis
- Produce timely and accurate month end reporting for all monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements in line with WPP reporting timelines
- Monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, invoice coding, ensure all ledger postings are in line with SOX
- Other quarterly reporting including client profitability and CSR reporting
- Liaise with auditors and local tax advisors, ensuring the delivery of information to support the preparation of local tax returns and other tax filings as required

As an Assistant Management Accountant at Wavemaker I was taking full ownership of the financial activity in the key financial statements through analysis and accurate forecasting for our WW unit. The following tasks were my main responsibilities:
- Consolidate monthly internal Profit and Loss across of our WW unit at Wavemaker Global
- Produce timely and accurate month end reporting for all monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements in line with WPP reporting timelines
- Business partner with heads of internal departments in order to manage staff cost and operating expenses and effective forecasting (WW CFO, WW Head of departments)
- Review the monthly management accounts within the area of responsibility, ensuring the general ledger is accurate and complete and that all analytical reviews and balance sheet reconciliations have been completed and reviewed
- Other quarterly reporting including client profitability, CSR and VAT returns (Including EU Sales listing).
- Weekly bank reconciliations
- Liaise with auditors and local tax advisors, ensuring the delivery of information to support the preparation of local tax returns and other tax filings as required

My tasks as Intercompany Receivables Accountant included the following:
- Liaise with all intercompany offices within the Wavemaker network throughout the month
- Raise invoices and collect unpaid money from intercompany agencies that have failed to process payments on time.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices raised as per WPP policy
- Prepare monthly commentary of aged receivables report and working capital for FC/FD
- Cover for Payables Accountant to upload intercompany balances into ICS (Cartesis) at month end and ensure all month end balances agreed with counterparties and no variances exist in time for the month end close.
- Prepare month end reports
- Preparation of regulatory returns for National Statistics and HMRC, liaising with local advisors when required
- revaluation of foreign currency ledgers for month end
- Full management of balance sheet production WIP accounts for review by FC/FD including detailed analysis/auditing of WIP accounts
- Ensure that all ledger postings are in line with SOX

First Advisory Group is a leading independent financial service provider with offices in Geneva, Hong Kong, Panama, Singapore, Vaduz and Zurich. After the completion of my vocational training from August 2007 till August 2010 I was employed full time as Trust Officer which included the following tasks.
- Forming and administratively managing various domestic and foreign domiciliary companies (in particular foundations, institutions, domestic and foreign stock companies and trusts as well as trust enterprises)
- Doing correspondence in German and English
- Opening bank accounts and carrying out all banking transactions
- Drawing up contracts, powers of attorney and regulations according to instruction
- Effecting distributions to beneficiaries pursuant to relevant regulations
